~Each session will incorporate your specific requests within a deep tissue, muscularly detailed massage. Come as freshly washed as you can as the massage oil is a wonderful, high quality oil that your skin will love. Please tell me if you are allergic to any specific oils so I can have a beneficial oil on hand or you can bring your own. I work from my home which is 5 minute walking distance from A Perfect Knot. If you are strongly allergic to cats or dogs, please let me know details as I may need to refer you to another MT. If it is only through actual contact, please know the 2 animals are not allowed in the massage room at any time. I schedule massage sessions around my teaching schedule (see yoga class schedule), 9:30am-6pm any day except Friday and Saturday.
And, yes, practicing yoga and getting massages go very well together!
